Non-returnable items include:

  3. Condition of Returned Products: Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and receipts to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

6. Shipping Costs
  • Return Shipping: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
